Great news everyone! Phase one of the 2012-2013 CA Dream Act Application for AB13 is now open! Phase 1 will give eligible AB 540 students access to institutional grants and Board of Governor’s Waivers (waives community college fees) and will be payable starting January 2013. Please visit the CA Student Aid Commission website (http://www.csac.ca.gov/dream_act.asp) and complete the CA Dream Act application. Students are encouraged to visit their institution’s financial aid office for further information regarding institutional aid.
Phase 2, which will provide eligible students with Cal Grants, will not open until January 2013 and will be payable for the 2013-2014 academic year.
