Do you want to become a leader in your community and/or school campus? Would you like to improve your leadership skills?

The CA Dream Network Statewide Summer Retreat is the place to start! Come and learn how the process for the new Deferred Action* (Administrative Relief for DREAMers) will be. Hear how the ruling of SB1070 affects California, and prepare for the upcoming elections happening this November!

The CA Dream Network (CDN) hosts a statewide retreat every six months to bring over 300 students from across California to EDUCATE, ADVOCATE, ORGANIZE, NETWORK and MOBILIZE for immigrants rights. With these five key terms, the CA Dream Network, the statewide youth branch of CHIRLA, has been able to educate thousands of students, fight for equality for the immigrant community and helped pass the CA Dream Act last year!  (Register TODAY! To ensure accommodations for all participants there will be a $15 Registration Fee per individual to cover a small percentage of the cost. To maintain diversity within the campuses that are involved with the CDN, we are giving priority to the first five students of each school and campus organization that register and confirm to attend.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you a place in the Retreat. Expect a call from us to confirm your attendance and coordinate housing/transportation if needed and then a confirmation email will be sent with final details to confirmed Retreat participants.

The statewide retreat will take place in Los Angeles area from August 17th-19th (exact location to be announced soon). 

Registrations deadline is July 31st, 2012. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
