Do want to become a leader in your community and/or school campus and learn more about immigrant rights? Do you want to sharpen your leadership skills and network with other student activisits from across the state? Well ... the CDN 11th Statewide Retreat is right for you.
Every six months the CA Dream Network (CDN) hosts a statewide retreat in order to bring together over 150 students and community leaders from all across California to EDUCATE, ORGANIZE, MOBILIZE, ADVOCATE and NETWORK within and for the immigrant rights movement.
The CA Dream Act was an important victory, but the work has just begun! We must continue to educate our communities and help successfully transition the CA Dream Act into campuses all across the state.
The 2012 elections are around the corner! It is critical to stay informed and involve ourselves in the electoral process in order to raise awareness in our communities and bring about change. If you do not know how, then this is the place to be!

Campus Orgs - Each Campus Organization that plans to attend will have to pay a $50 Registration Fee upon arrival to the retreat. This reserves five (5) places for your campus org members to attend. Campus groups will have the opportunity to bring additional members with an additional $15 registration fee per individual. Names of all participants need to be submitted to you corresponding Steering Representative by the Registration Deadline or sent to [email protected], please write "CDN Retreat Campus Participants' Names" in the subject line.
- Individual Participants - Each individual participating, whether an additional group member, counselor, alumni, or other will need to pay a one-time $15 Registration Fee upon arrival to the Retreat.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you a place in the Retreat. A confirmation email will be sent to registered participants two weeks prior to the Retreat. If you are part of a Campus Org please check in with your Campus Representative or Steering Committee Member for further details on transportation. Housing will be assigned during the Retreat.
*All funds from the Registration Fess will go to cover food and housing expenses for the Retreat. We all need to do our part in funding our movement.
